Today is my 3rd day in applying lumiglow. I cant wait till end of Feb to start my plan. This time, red tiny spots appear on my arm right after 2nd day! I never expect those spots to appear so fast! I still remb the first time I used lumiglow, it was only until the 3rd week then I experienced those red spots. I am very positive and confident that I will get the results I want and till then I will be the happiest because I have achieved my goal for year 2010!! =D hurrray!
Just came back from leadership training and I feel so good now. Imagine the kind of adrenaline I have when I was waiting for the train? It was fabulous and I love that feeling.

Now I am going to write on what I have learnt about Integrity today.
Integrity simply means doing what you say you are going to do. For me, integrity will mean I have to follow the plans that I have set out to achieve my year 2010 resolution. In my earlier post, I wrote down my goal resolution; which is to have a beautiful skin with no pimple in 5 months time from March 2010.

Think back to a time in my life when I set out to do something and was very passionate about achieving this goal, but at the end I didn’t follow through. I can only blame myself for the lack of commitment to finish those goals.

I dont like the idea when someone tells me they will do this and that but end up there's no action to it. In fact, it destroy the trust between both parties. Because they are not true to their words and neither you have to take their words by heart.

This time, I was able to bring myself out from the lack of commitment. And I mean what I said.
Later in the evening, I will be having my second training. The topic to teach for the day is compensation plan. Need to speak and present in front of team members. Cant wait to see how stupid I look when doing presentation. Must be damn hilarious. The joke of the day isnt it? ROFLTIP! =D

I always believe in making mistakes and learning from it, rather than strive for perfection right from the start. The former makes learning a fun and easy process where I can laugh at my own silly mistakes. Once I am aware of my own mistakes, I can always find a way to improve and change. It's not the end of the world if you make mistakes. Successful people make silly mistakes too! Afterall we are humans. I was once a person where I strive to do everything perfectly but it causes anguish and makes my learning even harder. It is through experiencing numberous pain and sufferings, I have learnt to let go of this stubborn virus before it can do any further damage to my body system. Letting go doesnt mean I will be complacent in my work. I will still strive to do my best in everything I do. Just a line of difference between perfection and best. The ultimate winner lies in the one doing their best.
I have specially taken my time out to write this post on behalf on my friend who has been involved in a scam. The reason Im doing this is because I do not want this thing to happen to anyone.

The story goes like this.
My friend chanced upon a blog and in the shoutout box, a girl named Amelia wrote something like this: " earn $100 a day just by doing blogshop". She msged Amelia to find out more about it. She was told that her role is to take down orders on behalf of the supplier and deliver the goods to the customer. Reason for that is because the supplier is too busy to handle the orders, thus they decided to find people to do the job. Those who have successfully delivered the goods to the customer will get $100. Accordingly to my friend, she could earn more depending on the number of stocks the customer order. My friend dont trust her and ask her a lot of questions. However, she assured my friend that she can get a refund if the customer runs away or dun want the stocks. (I dont know how she did that but my friend told me she's good at making promises that the supplier will surely pay the refund amount if the customer dun want the stocks.)

The girl told my friend that she currently has one customer on hand and asked my friend if she want to take the order. The girl gave the customer's contact number to my friend. My friend took down the order and asked the girl for the price of each goods. Before that, my friend have requested for the list of prices and products from the girl. The girl said the supplier will send the list to my friend's email latest by weekend.

At the point of making payment, my friend felt uneasy for fear that this girl might run away with the money. This girl told my friend that she can make a police report if she ran away. My friend said she was too good at assuring her and she somehow believe the girl.

The first few meet up with the customer failed and eventually, the customer cancel the order. My friend contact this girl to get the refund. The girl told my friend that she has contacted the supplier and waiting for the reply. Ended up the girl told my friend that she couldnt get through the supplier.

My friend think everything is a scam because:

Firstly, the girl said she have long working relationship with the supplier. Since she have a very long working relationship with the customer, she could agree to pay the refund amount first and then contact the supplier herself. If she is really sincere in helping my friend and taking on the responsilibity, she could have agreed on doing this but she kept saying she has no money and will try to help contact the supplier.
Secondly, the girl said she did this before but stop taking orders due to her being too busy in her work (telemarketer job)and studies at the same time. My friend asked her why she want to do telemarketer job instead of taking orders? ( since the girl said my friend can really earn a lot taking orders and doing delivery.) The girl just said I chose to do telemarketer job. My friend didnt probe further as she thinks it is the girl's decision anyway.
Thirdly, the girl could not answer why she still work as a telemarketer when she can earn a commission from finding people to take orders.
Fourth, the girl always return messages only at night to near midnight. Always stating working late as an excuse. (telemarketer work so late?)
Fifth, a lot of delay in response to my friend's message.
Sixth, could not answer why my friend cant directly contact the supplier to get the goods. She thought this could be their way of doing business, so didnt probe her further.

There are a lot of details and questioning by my friend to the girl just to ensure that everything is not a scam. But unfortunately, it happened to my friend. It is a lesson learnt and she advise me to be very careful, especially when it is related to money.


My friend and I think she will continue to cheat other people. Please stay vilgilant at all times when faced with such situations. The girl might even changed her name and her method.

My own opinion after hearing this story is, never jump into any business with people that you dun trust. Get all the facts clear, analyse the situation clearly before making decisions. If after that you still cant trust the person, dun do business with them. Especially when it's just an verbal assurance coming out from the same mouth.

Many things have happened since my last written post. Been away from the blog for so long. Exactly 5 months. Im already in the business, bought one Global Business Centre. It came with 5 pages website and 1 lumiglow. I couldnt think of a domain name for my business and after much consideration, I have settled down for bizpotential. Sounds weird right hahhaa! But Im proud to have this website :) The reason for this name is simple. I see a great potential in this business, the way it works and the intergrity of the company. and through this name, I want to convey my message across to people that this business could play a potential role in their life depending on how they react to it. Having said that, I have great resolution to be achieved by this year.

Goal Resolution

To have a beautiful skin with no pimple, whiteheads and blackheads. This is to be achieved in 5 months time. I want to prove that lumiglow is really a miracle cream; that it can really clear those pimples and blackheads. Ultimately, I want to help those who are like me; to live in a world, free of pimples. =)

With that, I am committed to do the following:

1) Save $493 to buy 2 Global Business Centre (GBC).
2) Drink Cleansup. 7days a month. 7 days another month.
2) Eat 2 apples every day.
3) 1st month- Use 3 to 4 lumiglow. After bath; Morning (before 9am) and Night (7pm-8pm)
4) 2nd month- Use 2 to 3 Lumiglow. Same
5) 3rd month onwards- 1 Lumiglow.
6) The most important thing of all, drink at least 3 litres of water everyday.
